SummerHill Rentals offers a variety of options for your convenience. We have several locations and price options. We offer leases of 10 months, 11-1/2 months and 12 months. Please note that 12 month leases are only available to tenants who are renewing a current lease.
All of our apartment complexes are either within walking distance to Washington State University or a short bus ride. Our suites are ideally located as accommodations for students and faculty as well as being conveniently located for other residents of Pullman. In addition, water, sewer, garbage & ethernet is provided.
Please note that all our suites are unfurnished.

Our staff consists of two full-time maintenance personnel and at least one full-time property manager.
Effective February 16, 2009 we will be accepting applications for the Summer and Fall 2009 semesters.
We're sorry but NO PETS are allowed.
Please note that currently accepted forms of payment are cash, check, money order and cashier's check. In addition, checks for Stadium Terrace, Meadow Brook, Summerhill and Boulder Creek should be made out to SummerHill Rentals, while checks for Cedar Ridge should be made out to Hill Rental Properties. The last month's rent and the deposit will be collected at the time of signing the lease. Stop by the office at 1545 NE Merman Drive, 11B to pick up a rental application form or download one from our site.
